Origin Path Agency was founded by a West African-born caregiver who knows firsthand what it feels like to lose culture. Arriving in the U.S. as a child immigrant, she slowly forgot her mother tongues and traditions often called “the American girl” when she returned home.

That experience created a longing: for someone to help preserve her roots while navigating a new life.

That longing became the seed for Origin Path Agency, a household staffing and empowerment agency built on the belief that caregiving is sacred and culture is the genesis of care.

We don’t just place caregivers, we place purposeful women who carry values of empathy, cultural fluency, and quiet leadership. Every caregiver is trained, mentored, and supported to bring their full selves into the homes they serve.

Because when a woman shows up with heart, heritage, and intention, she leaves more than an impression she leaves a legacy.
